Finally someone picked up the phone .I asked can I place a order now because I am on limited time and I had five orders to place. Her response was we don't take orders for milkshake its milk, it would melt.At this time I am saying I am five minutes away by the time you finish I would be there instead she cut me off. The lady was very rude and UN-professional. I work at a government office and my coworkers and I were going to support the business and to see what the big fuss is about.We did not get the opportunity due to the poor and yet rude customer service.
